The Mary Ann Swetland Center for Environmental Health invites members of the community to join the foodNEST team of community and academic partners to learn more about their collective research and celebrate successes related to transforming our local food systems to advance racial equity.
Titled “foodNEST & friends,” this event will be held Wednesday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. via Zoom.
Guests will be able to choose from an engaging menu of workshops to dive deeper into the complex forces structuring local food systems and translate these insights into community action.
