Building Better Neighborhoods primetime special on NE Ohio housing issues
NewsChannel5: In an effort to help improve Northeast Ohio communities, NewsChannel5 aired a live special on housing issues. Mandel School research associate Michael Schramm outlined the effect of foreclosures on surrounding housing. “For every foreclosure, houses within 500 feet of the foreclosure, will yield a 4.6 percent decrease of its value,” he said.
