The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-powered charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and Case Western Reserve University will host its annual Shave It Off! event Saturday, March 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is virtual this year using Zoom to bring participants on live for the event.
More than $660,000 has been raised for this cause since 2013. More than $64,000 of this year’s $100,000 goal has been raised.
Much of the funds raised during these events come right back to Cleveland for research at Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital.

Everything is virtual this year, with the event this Saturday on YouTube Live.
