For chef, writer and restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi, food is about more than what we eat. It is about a sense of place and home. Ottolenghi is widely beloved for his internationally best-selling cookbooks, including Plenty, Jerusalem, Plenty More and Ottolenghi Simple. Jerusalem was awarded Cookbook of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Best International Cookbook by the James Beard Foundation.
At the next William N. Skirball Writers Center Stage Series event, Ottolenghi will be in conversation with Chef Rocco Whalen of Fahrenheit, and will conduct a cooking demo from his latest book, Ottolenghi Flavor.
The event will be held Wednesday, March 3, from 7 to 8 p.m. The 2020-21 William N. Skirball Writers Center Stage Series is presented by the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation and academic partner, Case Western Reserve University.
CWRU students are able to attend these virtual events for free by registering on the University Events CampusGroups page.
