On Aug. 2, Jes Sellers, director of University Counseling Services, will host an Employee Wellness Seminar on “The Benefits of Good Sleep and How to Achieve It.” The presentation will focus on current behavioral health tips for a good night’s sleep and will encourage participants to share what works for them. He also will address current neuropsychology studies relating to the effects of memory and emotional health. The seminar will take place Aug. 2 from noon to 1 p.m. in Nord Hall 310. Register online.
