Are you planning a virtual youth program? Youth programs are required to register on CampusGroups annually, whether they are virtual, in-person or a hybrid. More information can be located in the Youth Protection Policy.
Examples include single- and multiple-day math camps, tutoring, coding workshops, sports camps, and other activities where minors participate in youth activities.
Due to the university’s COVID-19 visitor policy, in-person programs need prior approval from the vice president of the operational area or designee to host minors on campus.
