Koru Mindfulness is a four-session course that will teach participants a wide variety of mindfulness skills in a group-learning environment. These skills will help individuals incorporate mindfulness into their daily life so they can experience the benefits of less stress, better sleep and improved self-compassion.
Sessions will be held on four Fridays in October from noon to 1:15 p.m. Participants should ensure they can attend all four sessions as registration is limited to 12 participants.
This course is open to all CWRU, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University podiatry students.
All fall 2020 Sessions will be held virtually. The Zoom link will be sent after registration. All times are Eastern Standard.
