Sichun Yang, associate professor in the School of Medicine, collaborated with Pau Bernado of CNRS France to organize a special issue in the Journal of Molecular Biology. The issue, titled “Integrative Biophysics: Protein Interaction and Disorder,” represents a special collection of original contributions to the advances in biophysics and recent applications for protein structure, dynamics, and interaction.
Integrative biophysics involves combining information from different sources, and is a powerful strategy to derive structure-dynamic-function relationships in organisms’ protein complexes. Yang and Bernado’s special issue seeks to accelerate technological development for the benefit of the biophysics community at large.
