Participate in the Hudson Relays virtually during Legacy Week

The university community will celebrate Legacy Week April 20–25 to recognize the unique history of Case Western Reserve University. Legacy Week celebrates campus pride and school spirit. This special week is held the week preceding the annual Hudson Relays.

Though the community is away from campus, the Hudson Relays tradition will continue. This year’s race won’t be held on campus, but current classes, graduate students, faculty, staff and alumni will still have a chance to participate with each other virtually.

A live webcast will be held Saturday, April 25, at 2 p.m. and feature presentations from President Barbara Snyder, Provost Ben Vinson III, team captains and members of the Hudson Relays committee. There will be live drawings from contests generated by registration information and submitted photos or video.

Members of the community can walk, run or take part in other physical activity Wednesday, April 22, through Saturday, April 25, and send photos, video clips or narratives of their activity by posting on Instagram and tagging it #HudsonRelaysAtHome or #HudsonRelays or by emailing to HudsonRelays@case.edu. Individuals also are encouraged to share their Hudson Relays memories. These submissions must be completed before Friday, April 24, at 5 p.m. to be included in the webcast scheduled for Saturday, April 25.

Sign up for the virtual Hudson Relays.
