Juscelino F. Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Business Law, wrote an opinion piece in USA Today discussing the trade negotiations between the United States and foreign entities.
In his article, Colares acknowledged President Donald Trump’s successful renegotiating of the agreement formerly known as NAFTA, along with other recent changes in trade negotiations. He also examined President Trump’s departure from his predecessors’ approach to trade negotiations.
