All supervisory staff and faculty are invited to participate in an upcoming training session offered through Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance program, IMPACT Solutions.
The class, titled “Creating a Culture of Engagement,” will be held Jan. 16 from 9 to 10 a.m. in Biomedical Research Building, Room 105.
This class aims to teach staff how to develop an engaged employee.
Engagement is a partnership between an engaged leader and those they lead; therefore engagement begins with the leader. Participants will explore engagement, disengagement and active disengagement principles and will learn essentials to promote engagement in their workforce.
