Due to an upgrade of an underlying storage system, several University Technology ([U]Tech) services will be unavailable between 11:45 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, and 6 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21. Also during that time, file shares on the storage system will be unavailable.
Affected systems will include:

- Aurora Maintainer Account System
- Campus map
- Course Evaluation System
- ERP File Transfers
- Windstar and byRequest
- File shares on the storage system (mapped to \nas1e.cwru.edu, \nas1i.cwru.edu, \ads.case.edu)
- Identity management webpages
- Account activation, password change, affiliate request form
- IP self registration and other IP management tools
- OnBase
- School of Dental Medicine services
- AStar Pro, axiUm, GSD, INFINITT PACS (Digital X-Rays)
- [U]Tech Software Center
