Values are our leading principals that can guide us and motivate us as we move through life. But, when was the last time you sat down and thought about your personal values? Students will have the opportunity to do so during University Health and Counseling Services’ “Personal Values” workshop Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Clapp Hall, Room 108.
Participants in this workshop will talk about the importance of identifying their personal values, explore different types of values, talk about taking action toward their values and discuss “process thinking” vs. “destination thinking” patterns.
The goal for this workshop is to give students a better idea of what really matters to them so they can move forward with the life they want.
