The Women Staff Leadership Development Institute (WSLDI) program has announced its 2019-20 cohort. These women were chosen through a selective process and represent the 12th class of this program. Individuals will spend a year participating in leadership workshops, self-assessments, career visioning, skill development and individual coaching. They will also earn a “Women in Leadership” certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management Executive Education program.
