National Hispanic Heritage Month is Sept. 15–Oct. 15. Alianza Latina/Latino Alliance invites members of the Case Western Reserve University community to participate in a wide variety of events happening on campus from Sept. 13 to Oct. 31. These events will provide the community with opportunities to learn about Hispanic history, dance, art and more.

The schedule for Hispanic Heritage Month events at Case Western Reserve University is listed below.

  • Art Show Opening Reception with music from Global Connections—Sept. 13 at 4 p.m. at Kelvin Smith Library and the Kelvin Smith Library Oval
  • Carne Asada Dinner with La Alianza—Sept. 13 at 6 p.m. in the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Hall courtyard
  • CARAS/FACES: De Dónde Vengo? A Dónde Voy? (Where do I come from? Where Am I going?)—Sept. 13–Oct. 15 at Kelvin Smith Library
  • “Being” Abroad Study Abroad Panel Discussion—Sept. 19 at noon at the Office of Multicultural Affairs (Sears Library Building, Room 409)
  • Laberintos: Flamenco Dance Exhibit by Alice Blumenfeld—Sept. 19 at 4 p.m. on the first floor of Kelvin Smith Library
