University Technology ([U]Tech) is considering a new “unified communications” service. This service would enhance and extend the current campus telephone service by allowing Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff to unify use of their desk phones with their cell phones and other mobile devices under a single “368” phone number.
To help gauge interest level and number of possible users for this service, [U]Tech asks faculty and staff to take a short survey. Interested users are invited to complete the survey by Friday, Sept. 6.
