The wēpa print network is a cloud printing service that enables all Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Institute of Music students, faculty and staff with an internet connection to upload and print documents to any of their kiosks on campus. They can print documents directly from a USB drive or via popular cloud services, such as Google Drive and Microsoft 365.
Wēpa kiosks offer black and white and color printing, with discounts for double-sided printing and N-up printing (printing multiple pages on a single sheet).
Payment methods include CaseOneCards, credit cards, PayPal, wēpa print cards and student printing credits—credits that are automatically applied to your wēpa account based on your SIS enrollment information and only available during designated spending dates. Some programs and schools offer printing credits to their students—check with your department to learn more.
Wēpa kiosks are located in more than 20 buildings across the CWRU and CIM campuses.
