The Case Western Reserve University Visual Sciences Research Center (VSRC) will hold its 26th annual Symposium Friday, May 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Wolstein Research Building auditorium. The VSRC is home to some of the nation’s most respected and recognized vision researchers and academicians.
The keynote speaker will be Rajendra S, Apte, professor of ophthalmology and visual sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. He will present “Novel Insights into Retinal Inflammation and Neurodegeneration.” Additional presentations also will be given throughout the day featuring the work being done in the various laboratories comprising the VSRC.
Fee-free registration is at the door beginning at 8:30 a.m. and a reception will immediately follow the symposium.
