Graduate students, faculty, staff and alumni of Case Western Reserve University community are invited to join The African American Alumni Association of CWRU for a trip to Canton, Ohio, to watch the 2023 Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic Sunday, Sept. 3.
The Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic is an annual experience that showcases the pageantry and excitement of game day on the campuses of the many Historically Black Colleges and Universities around the country. Come watch the Morehouse Tigers take on the Virginia Union Panthers as the two schools face off at the legendary Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
The African American Alumni Association will host a pregame tailgate. A special halftime performance will feature the Morehouse House of Funk and the VUU Ambassadors of Sound.
Tickets cost $45 each, and include access to a private area for food, mingling and a seat for the game. Each member of the CWRU community can bring up to three guests.
