2022 W-2 to be mailed out soon; confirm your address is up to date

W-2 forms for 2022 will be mailed by Jan. 31. Employees should ensure their home address is updated by Jan. 9. 

Students have the option of setting up a W-2 override address through the Student Information System (SIS) if their mailing address is different from their permanent address. 

Faculty and staff have the option to receive an electronic W-2 through HCM rather than the mail. Consent can be indicated in the HCM Employee Self Service function under Payroll: W-2/W-2c: W-2/W-2c Consent. Consent must be submitted by Jan. 15. 

For employees who participate in the Staff Hybrid Plan, the W-2 will include a second page. Instructions on the consent process in HCM and the W-2 override address change in SIS are available on the Controller’s Office website.

Employees who do not receive their W-2 by Feb. 16 should contact the Payroll Office at payroll@case.edu with the following information:

  • Employee/Student ID number
  • Date of birth
  • Address on file
