The Mary Ann Swetland Center for Environmental Health will host the 2021 Food Systems Change Fellowship Showcase of Opportunities Wednesday, July 28, from 10:30 a.m. to noon via Zoom.
Launched in early 2021, the Food Systems Change Fellowship serves as a “test kitchen” for incubating ideas related to potential leverage points identified in the Menu of Actions. The fellowship provides support for local leaders to develop and validate their ideas while growing partnerships essential for bringing an idea to life.
During the showcase, the 2021 Cohort of Food Systems Change Fellows will continue to bring these ideas to life by sharing their ideas for community-driven food systems change. Participants will have an opportunity to receive funding and support from the reviewers and the audience. Following the showcase, attendees will have the opportunity to join small group sponsor meetings with the fellows to learn more about how they can provide support through their time, talent, treasure or teamwork.
