The University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education’s Glennan Fellows will present on their projects today (May 3) from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room.
Four faculty members were selected in 2016 for their promise of exceptional careers, balancing scholarship and teaching. At the event, they will describe their award projects.
This year’s Glennan Fellows are:
- Erin Benay, assistant professor of art history;
- Soumyajit Mandal, assistant professor of electrical engineering and computer science;
- Cassi Pittman, assistant professor of sociology; and
- Maggie Vinter, assistant professor of English.
Attendees can hear about the innovative ideas of these promising junior faculty members.
