2013 Wish Symposium to feature lecture by Princeton University history professor

On Friday, March 8, the Department of History will present the 2013 Wish Symposium, featuring keynote speaker Anthony Grafton of Princeton University.

Grafton, the Henry Putnam University Professor of History, will present “Renaissance Humanism as a Border-Crossing Movement,” looking to provide a redefinition of humanism.

Grafton’s talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Thwing Center’s 1914 Room. The lecture is free and open to the public, with a dessert reception to follow.
