121 Fitness will host free yoga and Zumba classes for Case Western Reserve University students every Sunday and Monday at The Spot.
The two free yoga basics and Zumba classes are available every week for the entire semester. Our 121 Yoga instructor Nick Brilla and Zumba instructor Suzi Mason will be leading the sessions.
The class schedules are:
- Yoga: Sundays, 6-7 p.m. at The Spot
- Zumba: Mondays, 6-7 p.m. at The Spot
