To help members of the campus community—students and employees—relax during this stressful time, 121 Fitness will offer two free yoga classes next week. Individuals are invited to practice poses and breathing techniques that help the body become both relaxed and energized.
The classes will be held Tuesday, Dec. 11, and Thursday, Dec. 13, from noon to 1 p.m. at 121 Fitness Center. Register online here for Dec. 11 and here for Dec. 13.
