Our 8-week personal training program will provide you 1-on-1 instruction specific to your goals and at your convenience. Our 8-week Couch to Confidence program is designed to help beginners feel comfortable & confident while we safely introduce you to a variety of workouts. Classes are held Tuesdays 12-12:45pm privately with other beginners.
Both programs start the week of January 22nd!
