Women faculty: Attend lunchtime seminar on work-life balance

The Women Faculty Leadership Development Institute of the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women will sponsor a talk on “Maintaining Your Work-Life Balance as a Faculty Member.” The brown bag meeting will take place Thursday, Sept. 26, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Spartan Room in Thwing Center.

During the talk, Lisa Wolf-Wendel, professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Kansas, will present her research on managing a work and family balance, motherhood and an academic career, and the impact of dual careers.
