2017 Study Abroad Photo Contest overall winning photo

Each year, the Office of Education Abroad holds the Study Abroad Photo Contest. This year’s winners were honored at the International Achievement Dinner in April. An overall winner is selected, in addition to one winner each in four categories: “The World is Your Classroom;” “Landscape, Bridges and Buildings;” “Cultural Selfie” and “General.”

Additionally, the photo that receives the most “likes” on the CWRU Study Abroad Facebook page is recognized.

This year’s overall winner is Joyce Chu, whose photo was taken in London. The photo, titled “It’s [Big] Ben Real, London,” was taken during spring semester while Chu was studying abroad at the National University of Ireland-Galway.
