Webinar: “Supporting Introverts in an Extroverted World”

Introversion and extroversion are probably the most widely recognized of the “Big Five” personality traits. Though anywhere between a third to half of the population are introverts, society tends to recognize and reward the behaviors of extroverts.

But introverts have a lot to offer. How to best support introverts in our extroverted world is the most requested topic the Professional Development Center receives.

To fulfill those requests, the Professional Development Center will offer a webinar titled “Supporting Introverts in an Extroverted World” Wednesday, July 25, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

The webinar will help participants gain a clearer idea of what introversion and extroversion are and where they comes from by exploring some of the research being done on the topics.

After providing a better understanding of these traits, the webinar will cover techniques and processes that can be put in place to make sure that introverts’ strengths are being recognized and leveraged.
