Michael Goldberg, assistant professor of design and innovation at Weatherhead School of Management, was asked to be a judge for MIT’s Inclusive Innovation Challenge, which awards more than $1 million to organizations around the world that are “using technology to solve a grand challenge of our time.”
Goldberg is one of 134 “core judges,” who determine the finalists. This round of judging is complete this month, and finalists are notified by July 31. The finalists then go to a “champion committee” of 11 judges, including Mario Morino (CLC ’67), who award the prizes.
