The Commencement Office is looking for dependable Case Western Reserve University employees and students to help make commencement 2017 a special and memorable day for our graduates and their families. Please consider volunteering with the Commencement Office Sunday, May 21.
Employees interested in volunteering must receive approval from a supervisor and complete the Commencement Staff and Faculty Volunteers form.
Student volunteers who live on-campus are eligible for a housing extension through Monday, May 22, paid for by the Commencement Office. Student volunteers must sign up on the Commencement Student Volunteers form by Friday, April 28, in order to receive a housing extension.
Volunteers should be prepared to arrive no later than 6:30 a.m. Sunday, May 21. Details on your assigned position will be provided during a mandatory meeting at 4 p.m. Friday, May 19, at the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic Center.
