John Landers, assistant director for IT service management, was part of a team of 22 IT professionals from across the world that helped to develop EDUCAUSE’s Top 10 IT Issues.
Each year, the organization identifies the top 10 IT issues students face. This year’s list included such concerns as information security, data management and governance and digital transformation of learning.
