UCITE session: “Making the Most of the End of the Semester”

By the end of the semester, many may be fatigued. For faculty members, there are a number of competing demands at the end of the semester, including creating the perfect final exam, grading, handing out course evaluations and finishing up university committee commitments.

Faculty can make substantial improvements on subsequent courses and save time and energy by taking a few moments at the end of the semester to make a satisfying ending and reflect on courses—what went well and what might not have gone as well as hoped.
The next University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education session, titled “Making the Most of the End of the Semester,” will address how faculty can make these improvements.

This session will be held Thursday, April 27, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library’s Herrick Room (use Adelbert Road doors).

Pizza and sodas will be provided.
