The Center for Civic Engagement and Learning (CCEL) will hold Project STEP-UP training Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Project STEP-UP is CCEL’s award-winning tutoring and mentoring program. Case Western Reserve University students are paired with local schools and after-school programs to tutor academic subjects such as math, science, reading, language arts and social studies. Placements are based on student and site availability. All first-time Project STEP-UP tutors must register for a training session online.
