The Class of 2013 is ”in”—are you? Give to the senior class gift (and find out what it is)

Christian Wargo cwRU inThe undergraduate Class of 2013 has adopted the annual giving campaign “cwRU in?” and is setting the bar for future classes.

Through the “in” campaign, the Senior Class Gift Committee, led by the senior class officers, has been tirelessly fundraising for the senior class gift: a publicly named lounge in the Tinkham Veale University Center.

The SCGC started planning efforts at the beginning of the academic year and held a kickoff event in December. So far, more than 200 classmates have joined the “in” crowd by giving to the university.

The committee’s efforts are far from over though; they will continue to solicit through senior week tickets, peer-to-peer conversations and during commencement rehearsal.

The seniors chose to adopt the “cwRU in?” campaign brand because it encourages students, alumni, parents and friends to be part of the “in” crowd by giving, in any amount, to Case Western Reserve University. All members of the CWRU community are encouraged to support the seniors in their fundraising efforts by giving online at giving.cwru.edu/in and marking Senior Class Gift as the designation.
