Texas using health care reform ruling to fight EPA
Houston Chronicle: Texas attorneys are planning to use the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on health care reform as ammunition in its fight against Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, has been a leading scholar in this discussion. “Many states are already chafing under the Clean Air Act’s requirements,” he wrote in a blog post cited.
