Supervisors tell us what they appreciate most about their employees

Today (March 3) is Employee Appreciation Day. Earlier this week, we asked supervisors to tell us what they most appreciate about their employees.

Here are some of the answers they gave:

  • “Diversity—that’s what we should all appreciate! Working in Undergraduate Admission gives us the privilege of having to interact with individuals from all different races and cultures. Not only in our office, but also in the many students that we have contact with around the world. Our work becomes a true celebration of souls!”
  • “They are hard-working, will go the extra mile, focus on what is best for the university and want to make a difference.”
  • “That they pitch in and help out wherever needed and offer their individual strengths to make our team great.”
  • “They work hard to get the job done and work for the overall benefit of the school. They show respect for all levels of personnel: students, faculty and staff. They always have my back!”

Celebrate your employees today and tell us in the comments section what you appreciate most about them.
