Submit tuition waiver applications for spring semester to HR

The deadline to submit spring 2013 tuition waiver applications to the Office of Human Resources is Feb. 28, but individuals are encouraged to submit the materials as soon as possible.

Links to all necessary forms can be found under the “Education” heading on the Benefits forms webpage.

Scan and email forms to tuition-waiver@case.edu, fax them to 216.368.3582 or bring them to the benefits administration office in Crawford Hall 224.

Tuition waivers are posted to students’ SIS accounts after the end of the drop/add period. For the spring 2013 semester, the process begins the last week of January and continues throughout February and early March.
