Student Information System upgraded with new look, functionality

Effective today (July 23), the Student Information System (SIS) and SIS Mobile have received a system upgrade.

Highlights of the upgrade include:

  • More modern and intuitive student and faculty home pages;
  • An improved process for class permission requests and approvals;
  • Preferred name, personal pronoun and gender identity options for students;
  • Enhanced communication and reporting capabilities;
  • Streamlined direct-deposit enrollment for student refunds; and
  • Real-time account statements available to students on-demand via self-service.

Users should update their bookmarked URL to case.edu/sis. It is recommended that users clear their cache; instructions are available at case.edu/utech/help/self-help-videos.
