The university community is invited to hear from Reuben E. Brigety, former ambassador to the African Union and dean of the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
Brigety will present “Strategic Dissent: Obedience, Choice and Agency for the Military Officer” Thursday, Jan. 25, from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.
