The Second Year Institute (2YI) is a highly interactive, free retreat exclusively for second-year students that will provide participants the opportunity to reflect on their experience so far and create a plan to make the most of their remaining time on campus. Students have the opportunity to interact with other second-year and upper-class students to build relationships and networks that will enhance their campus experience.
The Second Year Institute will be held Friday, Nov. 10, through Saturday, Nov. 11.
“Some of the best parts of 2YI were getting to know other second-year and upper-class students that I previously had not interacted with, working with staff members, and having a good mix of team-building activities ranging from the physical to the reflective and introspective. I learned how to better utilize my strengths with regard to personal interactions and my activities at CWRU,” one past participant said.
