Seasonal employment makes winter difficult
Fremont News-Messenger: Seasonal workers have always faced tough times, and the state is shifting toward more “marginal jobs” that are not full-time, year-round, said Claudia Coulton, co-director of the Center for Urban Poverty. These jobs “pretty much doom people who do them and rely on them to poverty,” she said.
