The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Cuyahoga honored Gabriella Celeste, policy director of the Schubert Center for Child Studies, with its Community Partner Collaboration Award.
Celeste was recognized for her efforts researching, coordinating, writing, editing, presenting and finalizing the Crisis Intervention Team policies that the Monitoring Team and the Federal Court approved.
Celeste co-chairs the Mental Health Response Advisory Committee policy subcommittee. The policies will guide the Cleveland Division of Police.
The award was granted at the board’s annual meeting May 15.
