The Rink at Wade Oval is an outdoor ice skating rink open to the University Circle community. The schedule for the upcoming weekend is:
- Friday, Dec. 8, from 3 to 9 p.m.
- Saturday, Dec. 9, from noon to 7 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 10, from noon to 5 p.m.
There also will be free skating lessons for beginners from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9.
To skate at the rink, participants will receive a wristband. This wristband can be used at the following locations for special discounts and promotions:
- $2 off admission to:
- Cleveland Botanical Garden;
- Cleveland History Center;
- Cleveland Museum of Natural History; and
- MOCA Cleveland.
- 10 percent off your purchase at
- Provenance Cafe at the Cleveland Museum of Art; and
- The Cleveland Orchestra Store.
There is also a Circle to Square Skate Pass available for $12 that is good for one admission and skate rental at The Rink at Wade Oval and the Cleveland Foundation Skating Rink in Public Square.
