Little Italy-University Circle station seen as transit-oriented development spark
The Plain Dealer: RTA broke ground Tuesday on a rapid station that planners say will boost the vibrancy of University Circle while helping knit the cultural and jobs hub to its surrounding neighborhoods. The Cleveland Foundation, partnered with University Hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University, raised $1 million in private, philanthropic and institutional dollars for the “Greater University Circle Initiative.”
