The Case Western Reserve University Compliance Program will host a presentation, titled “Unconscious Bias: Cultural differences and the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace,” on Thursday, July 25, from noon to 1 p.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room.

Gia Adeen, equal employment opportunity and diversity manager in the Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity, will present the topic and explain how top performing organizations use cultural diversity to develop workplace values and behaviors necessary to achieve optimum business outcomes.
