Quit smoking in 2017 with tobacco cessation class offered through wellness program

Resolve to end your addiction to tobacco in 2017. Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in a free tobacco cessation class held weekly on Thursdays Jan. 19–March 9 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, Room 236.

During this program, participants will assess readiness to end tobacco use. In addition to identifying the barriers to quitting, participants will identify triggers and make plans for behavior change. In this supportive environment, tobacco users can transition to a life free of use.
