case.edu Redesign Focus Groups

University Marketing and Communications is in the midst of a redesign of the case.edu homepage and other critical pages on the university’s website. After conducting competitor research and a survey of visitors to case.edu, we still want to hear more from you.

There will be three focus groups to give members of the campus community the opportunity to provide their feedback.

Separate focus groups will be held for faculty/staff and students to ensure questions are tailored to the correct audience. They will be held as follows:

  • Faculty/staff: Thursday, Sept. 8, 10-11:30 a.m.
  • Faculty/staff: Monday, Sept. 12, 2-3:30 p.m.
  • Students: Tuesday, Sept. 13, noon-1:30 p.m.

All focus groups will be held in Tomlinson Hall, Room 135.

Groups will be limited in size, and participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please register online for the faculty/staff focus group or the student focus group to ensure there is enough food and drink for everyone in attendance.
