“The Proposed Merger of Cleveland and East Cleveland: How could this happen? Should it?”

The Siegal Lifelong Learning Program will host a policy forum Tuesday, Jan. 31, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Tinkham Veale University Center ballroom.

Part of the Northeast Ohio Public Policy Forums series, the event is titled “The Proposed Merger of Cleveland and East Cleveland: How could this happen? Should it?”

Nick Castele, reporter and producer at WCPN ideastream, will moderate the discussion.

Panelists will be:

  • Jeffrey Johnson, Cleveland councilman for the 10th Ward;
  • Kevin Kelley, Cleveland council president; and
  • Nathaniel Martin, East Cleveland council president.

The event is free, but registration is recommended and available online.
