Postdoctoral scholar writes about how neighborhoods impact risky behavior in youth

Earlier this year, Eun Lye Lee, a postdoctoral scholar at the Prevention Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods, authored an article published in Russell Sage Foundation Journal of the Social Sciences.

Her article is titled “How Living in the ‘Hood Affects Risky Behaviors Among Latino and African American Youth.”

Co-authors on the paper are:

  • Anna Maria Santiago, professor at the School of Social Work at Michigan State University;
  • Jessica L. Lucero, assistant professor in the Department of Sociology, Social Work, and Anthropology at Utah State University; and
  • Rebecca Wiersma, Oakland MSW field coordinator at the School of Social Work at Michigan State University.
